The contract has been pending on the iTunes version of my app, what do I need to do?
The Contract is required when you want to make your app paid and this requires some additional formalities with apple. First you need to request the contract and then fill up the required fields like bank account etc in your iTunes account in order for you to start receiving payments for your app. The steps to find the contract page on your iTunes account.

- Click on the "Agreements, Tax, and Banking" tab
